I just wanted thank you, Dr. Ghosh and all of the staff there. You made the first visit so comfortable and enjoyable - and who thought orthodontics could be enjoyable?!  Everyone at the office is so nice and ready to answer all of our questions.  There are plenty of things to do while waiting (which isn't long at all!) for the patient and the siblings that come along.  With all the different payment options available, it made it less worrisome in such trying economic times.  I would highly recommend your practice to anyone with a family member in need of orthodontic work.

Dear Doctor Ghosh and staff,

I wanted to take the time to share with you the experience Tori had on her first visit to your office. She was anxious that day about getting her braces on and how they would look. When we first arrived you had a welcome sign up and your office personnel were so friendly and made her feel at ease. You really demonstrated professionalism throughout as well as created the excitement of how these braces would impact her. When Dr. Ghosh explained the changes to her teeth and her smile, I could see how happy she was. The entire visit was done in a structured timely manner and before you knew it her braces were on.

Later that day I was extremely impressed that Dr. Ghosh called to see how she was doing and left his personal cell number if we needed to call him for any reason. I also wanted to let you know that about a week later she was looking in the mirror and was excited that she thought her smile was bigger. Tori received a lot of compliments on her clear braces at school and feels very comfortable with them. I give all that credit to your office for making her feel good about getting the braces. In conclusion, I have shared this experience with others, as your entire office truly has exceeded all my expectations again. (Her brother Derek got his braces there too!)

I would like to send a note of appreciation for all the years of service we have received from Dr. Ghosh and his staff.  We first came to your office in the summer of 2000 so our son Luke could be seen by Dr. Ghosh for orthodontic treatment.  Luke really felt welcome and at home as soon as we walked into the office and he was greeted by name.  They asked him about baseball and he just gave a big smile and felt at ease.  Luke wore headgear and braces over the next four years and his teeth turned out great!  Before we knew it, it was time for our daughter Tessah to be seen by Dr. Ghosh for her orthodontic treatment.  She came with us to alot of Luke's visits and Dr. Ghosh had actually sat her in the chair and examined her way before she was even a "real" patient.  All of this customer service made Tessah feel at ease and comfortable with her course of treatment.  After three years, Tessah's braces came off yesterday just in time for her 16th birthday and for her to dance in the Nutcracker.  She was ecstatic to say the least.

Courtney has been with Tessah from the very beginning of her treatment and followed her through to the end-it was an awesome day. She was always happy and pleasant and made Tessah feel at ease at all of her appointments. Tammy who dealt with us on the financial end has been there for us since our first visit with Luke.  She does a fantastic job of laying out all the financial options suited to your individual family needs.  Our family could not have asked for any better service anywhere.  Dr. Ghosh is very kind and considerate to his patients inside the office and outside in the community as well.  He donates to so many of the patients activities inside and outside of school.  I would strongly recommend Dr. Ghosh and his entire staff to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment.  I cannot express how much they have done for my children's smiles!!

I'm Autumn V and at first, I was scared. When we arrived at the orthodontist, I saw my name on a board that said,"Welcome" and there were some kids on the board including mine. I got excited. When we got to the receptionist's desk, she told me how to sign in. I thought she was very nice and she is. I saw the game room and started playing in there till a girl named Laura introduced herself and showed me around. She is nice too. When we went to her office, she took some pictures of me and did some x-rays. I saw how crooked my teeth were. No wonder why I'm getting braces! When Dr.Ghosh came in, he introduced himself and I knew he was nice also. When we got done, they gave me my folder, I said my good-byes, and left. Even though it was scary, it started to be more and more FUN!!!!!

My 8 year old son, Bryce was referred to Dr. Ghosh for orthodontic work, due to crowding of his teeth.  Renee was the first woman we dealt with to set up the initial appointment and treatment plan.  She was WONDERFUL to work with.

She made my son feel comfortable and explained everything that was to be done that day step by step, so he wasn't worried.  My son enjoyed the bubble gum flavored impression paste, as well as the grape flavored latex gloves that Dr. Ghosh used to look in his mouth.  Kids love stuff like that!  All the staff members that saw Bryce were very personable, kind and obviously had the best of intentions towards my son.  Everyone went up and beyond to make getting braces as painless, and dare I say enjoyable as possible.

Kendra did an excellent job putting the braces on my son.  She was very gentle when working on his teeth.  I will recommend Dr. Ghosh and his caring staff to all of my friends.
